Refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations sent by email to info@sjhra.org 72 hours or more in advance of the meeting. No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations under 72 hours, however, substitutions are acceptable and some one else may attend in place of the original party. Registered attendees who have not paid for the meeting and do not show up will be billed for the meeting.
