Workshop Description
Being able to build an overall company philosophy of compensation is often not even a consideration and the practice of matching current corporate culture to compensation philosophy is rarely discussed. These two critical components are often the reason that compensation is not successful as an incentive and performance booster. Attendees will learn how to look from a high level at compensation and then zoom in on specific operational points of instituting a compensation review that will increase their skills as a human resource specialist and bring value to your organization.

Outcome:
• Gain an understanding of how to develop an organizational philosophy of compensation.
• Learn how to match your compensation philosophy to your corporate culture.
• Increase your knowledge of current trends in compensation.
• Determine when and who should perform compensation studies.
